We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant with the following profile: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Human Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desired specialization and/or diploma in Human Resources. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar positions. Knowledge in: * Intermediate Excel. * Payroll processes and incident control. * Personnel recruitment and selection. Responsibilities: * Manage attendance control and daily personnel reporting. * Assist in payroll calculation, CTS, bonuses, and profit sharing. * Support in preparing settlements. * Assist in filing AFP declarations. * Support in registering information for PLAME. * Deliver pay slips and/or general documents to employees. * Assist in the distribution and calculation of employee cost centers. * Assist in entering information into the ERP system. * Maintain direct coordination with the work team. * Review notifications on the SUNAFIL platform. * Support the personnel recruitment process. * Perform general administrative tasks such as physical and digital document management. * Assist in organizing internal events and activities to promote a positive work environment. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and those corresponding to the responsibility level of the position.
