Good morning, a Plastics Wholesale Company with more than 40 years in the market is looking for a Human Resources Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. * Courses in human talent management. * At least 3 years of experience in the position managing human resources processes. * Adequate knowledge of current labor legislation and labor inspection procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out employee recruitment and selection activities. * Prepare employee payroll (biweekly and monthly). * File PDT Plame, AFP Net declarations. * Send payment slips, CTS statements, and others. * Draft employment contracts, addenda, and/or amendments. * Schedule entry and annual EMOs. * Manage SCTR and Vida Ley insurance policies. * Handle registrations, cancellations, and modifications in T\-Registro. * Prepare Social Benefits settlements. * Attend Sunafil inspections. * Maintain effective control over employment contracts, vacations, warnings. * Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety System (SST). * Process subsidy reimbursement procedures. **BENEFITS** * Immediate hiring under full benefits of the General Regime from day one. * Location: Puente Piedra \- Ensenada. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:50 am to 05:30 pm; Saturdays from 07:50 am to 01:00 pm. * Modality: 100% On-site.
