REQUIREMENTS: \- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration. \- Postgraduate diploma in HR (desirable) \- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in positions as HR Manager \- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills. \- Knowledge of STARSOFT \- Availability to work in Callao RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Review and analyze current HR department processes and procedures. \- Develop and apply improvements to the internal work regulations and implement them within the company. \- Design and keep updated Job Profiles and Organizational Charts. \- Design employment contracts ensuring compliance with labor laws for hiring personnel. \- Execute and supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, workplace harassment, etc. \- Design policies and procedures for recruitment, selection, hiring, promotion and termination. \- Develop and implement a staff performance management system. \- Ensure the company complies with all current labor laws and regulations. \- Ensure compliance with information confidentiality procedures and the employee Code of Conduct. \- Responsible for internal and external audit requirements related to area management, LAP, SUNAFIL and MINTRA. \- In charge of organizing internal events or team-building activities.
