




**Requirements** * **Academic background:** Graduate in **Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering** or related fields. * **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years of experience in Human Resources area**. * At least **2 years in leadership or coordination positions**. * Experience in **construction companies** (desirable). * **Specific knowledge in:** \- Peruvian labor legislation and **Civil Construction regime** \- Payroll administration and use of **PDT Plame, T\-Registro, AFPnet** \- Processes of **recruitment, selection, training, work climate and performance evaluation**. \- Design and implementation of HR policies and internal manuals. \- Management of employment contracts under general regime and civil construction. * **Tools:** \- Advanced **Excel** skills and HR management systems. * **Key competencies:** \- Leadership and team management. \- Effective communication and negotiation. \- Organization and planning. \- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure. * **Desirable:** \- Specialization studies or diplomas in **Talent Management and Labor Legislation** Job type: Full time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
