




Lead and supervise key processes in recruitment, selection, payroll management, performance, and separation. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or in Human Resources areas. Knowledge of selection processes, payroll, and employee well-being. Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and positive mindset. Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Prepare reports and management indicators for the Human Resources department. Other duties assigned by the manager, inherent to the position.
