Functions: · Perform analysis and development of economic proposals for different projects. · Prepare the project descriptive report, as well as engineering and quality documentation. · Collaborate in defining technical requirements and engineering aspects of projects. · Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of projects, ensuring compliance with time, quality, and cost requirements. · Responsible for preparing and producing technical reports on work performed. · Comply with company safety and quality standards, as well as applicable regulations for each specialty. · Develop the work plan. · Verify compliance with APU (unit price analysis) performance and propose improvements. · Organize the work team to achieve scheduled goals. · Certify compliance with standards, directives, and procedures at facilities, ensuring service quality. · Plan construction costs, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and indirect costs. · Responsible for requesting and managing resources assigned to the project. · Verify compliance with technical specifications, descriptive report, drawings, and contract. · Implement preventive and corrective measures from technical, human, and economic perspectives in crisis situations or deviations. · Identify unforeseen events and implement contingency plans as required by the project. · Ensure construction quality through the quality plan. · Control and document changes in contracted conditions and submit additional budgets (scopes, quantities, deadlines, specifications, and others). · Responsible for reporting and/or informing Operations Management about progress, productivity, contractual management, and any significant project events. · Responsible for timely submission of work valuation to supervision. · Responsible for final delivery of the work, including the acceptance report. · Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. · Assign duties and tasks to subordinate personnel.
