On behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction sector, we are looking for the best talent for the position of **Operations/Construction Manager** \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Develop Project Execution Plans (PEP) at each stage of the study, corresponding to the operational topic according to the Assigned Target Budget. * Manage changes during project construction in order to minimize impact on cost and schedule. Manage and negotiate claims with the client. * Provide necessary resources and support to each project, both in human resources and material supply, in coordination with different areas of the company. * Support the preparation of execution budgets and forecasts. * Establish and standardize construction processes, work lines for the company's business units. * Responsible for site management and control together with Site Superintendents. * Responsible for maintaining production rates on site. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION?** * Manage (plan, organize, direct, and control) the construction of the portfolio of awarded projects, ensuring that construction meets scope, quality, costs, and schedule. Management includes everything from procurement to commissioning and handover to the client. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **REQUIREMENTS:** * BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR GRADUATED IN CIVIL ENGINEERING * 05 years of experience as Site Superintendent and/or Construction Manager, related to project administrator, Site Manager. * Experience and knowledge in construction of earthwork projects, infrastructure, and buildings. * Responsibility and integrity at work. * Availability to travel to provinces.
