We are looking for a professional to join our Human Talent team. **Workplace**: Ate (on-site) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday **Competitive salary + full statutory benefits** **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll calculation and processing. * Advanced knowledge of the **Starsoft system** (payroll, HR, reports). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI and HR indicators management. * Thorough understanding of current **labor legislation**. * Focus on employee service and handling confidential information. * Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday. **What will you do in this role?** * Validate timesheets, attendance, and time records. * Process **weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls** for employees and workers. * Accurately calculate **social benefits**: CTS, bonuses, vacations, profit-sharing, overtime, leaves, subsidies, etc. * Properly apply vacation regulations: accrual, accumulation, splitting, compensations, and deductions. * File reports with **AFP NET, PLAME**, and **SENATI**. * Track payroll-related documentation. * Generate management reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime). * Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits. * Coordinate with accounting, audit, and HR departments for monthly closing. * Propose improvements in calculation processes, automation, and controls. * Perform duties assigned by immediate supervisor, inherent to the position.
