




An important Peruvian company in the construction and sanitation consulting sector is looking for personnel to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Accounting. * Intermediate to advanced level in Office. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Knowledge of SUNAT. * Knowledge of Plame. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the position. **Skills and competencies:** * Strategic analysis. * Decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Interpersonal relations. * Planning and organization. * Results-oriented. **Functions:** * Collect information for payroll calculation (overtime, absences, leaves, etc.). * Perform monthly payroll reconciliation, including employee benefits and deductions. * Register employees in T-Registro and verify registered information in Sunat for Plame reporting. * Carry out AFP NET declarations. * Generate reports on vacations, advances, loans, and deliver pay slips to employees. * Record all staff and department payment orders. * Manage petty cash (Caja Chica). * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Market-competitive salary. * Monthly payments. * Positive work environment.
