




We need team members for our Human Resources department! RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Recruit personnel for various required operational profiles \- Design and implement mass recruitment strategies \- Manage fieldwork (flyering, posting announcements in markets, attending job fairs, conducting job activations with institutions) \- In charge of establishing agreements/alliances with job and municipal fairs \- Post job listings on employment portals, social media, and other local platforms \- Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates (onboarding kit, labor registration, documentation) \- Ensure the selection process meets established timelines \- Record daily progress (candidates contacted, interviewed, and hired) \- Keep the applicant database updated by channel or source \- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing mass field recruitment, job boards, and social media \- Experience in mass recruitment for operational roles (preferably in cleaning sector – not exclusive) \- Strong oral and written communication skills \- Availability to travel within Lima and Callao BENEFITS: \- Professional growth \- Biweekly and timely payments \- Formal employment with all legal benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, and profit sharing) \- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (75% field – 25% in-person) \- Basic salary: S/ 1,500 \- Transportation allowance: S/ 200 Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site position Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
