JOB DESCRIPTION The **Recruitment Manager** will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent acquisition strategies that ensure the hiring of the most qualified professionals for the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies. * Manage the entire recruitment and selection cycle: from job posting to final hiring. * Establish and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other talent sources. * Use digital tools and specialized platforms to identify and attract candidates. * Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of the most suitable profiles. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies. * Prepare technical reports and present results to management. REQUIREMENTS * **Essential:** minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy sector (*applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered*). * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Fluent in Spanish and working knowledge of English (desirable).
