The company offers a challenging and stimulating work environment, with great opportunities for professional development and an attractive compensation package. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and select the best candidates for the company. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies. * Manage the entire selection process, from job postings to hiring. * Establish and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other talent sources. * Use recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates. * Conduct interviews and evaluations to select the most suitable candidates. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies. * Prepare technical reports and present results to management. **Requirements:** * More than 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy sector. * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection techniques. * Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Proficiency in Spanish and English (desirable).
