





**Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Psychology**. * Current **professional license and registration**. **TRAINING** * Each candidate must have a **diploma and/or specialization program** in: * Human Resources Management, * Talent Management, * Competency Assessment, or * Head Hunting. * **Minimum duration:** 80 academic hours. **KEY STAFF EXPERIENCE** * Minimum professional experience of **four (04) years** as: * Specialist Psychologist, * Supervisor, Manager, Deputy Manager, Coordinator, Senior Analyst, or Consultant responsible for recruitment and selection. * Experience in the **application of techniques or tools** for: * Psychological and psychometric assessments, * Personnel recruitment or selection, * Human Resources, Head Hunting, or Assessment Center.
