An important Piura-based company dedicated to bakery and pastry production is looking for a **Production Assistant** who meets the following job profile: **FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for inventory management in production areas (delivery, collection, and data entry) * Send daily consolidated store requests to ensure production fulfillment. * Record production orders in the Restaurant system. * Responsible for entering daily production data from all areas (Stock and Outputs) to be presented weekly in management meetings. * Other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University studies in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in the position. **(ESSENTIAL)** * Good attitude, commitment, and responsibility. **BENEFITS:** * Career growth opportunities. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
