





JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a highly motivated **Organizational Development Manager** with solid experience in change management, organizational culture, and talent development. The purpose of this position is to design and implement strategies that strengthen the work environment, promote professional growth, and align employee competencies with the company's strategic objectives, aiming to foster mutual support between the company and its employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement strategic organizational development plans aligned with the company’s vision and values. * Lead change management processes, organizational culture initiatives, and internal communication. * Develop and implement training programs, performance evaluations, and succession plans. * Analyze workplace climate, engagement, and turnover indicators, proposing improvement actions. * Advise senior management on human and organizational development matters. * Manage the department budget and supervise multidisciplinary teams. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Talent Management roles. * Experience with performance evaluation and leadership development tools; HR metrics and agile methodologies (desirable). * Inspirational leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical ability, empathy, and internal customer orientation.
