We work with commitment and quality to provide solutions that improve our customers' lives, offering close and personalized service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide **comprehensive customer advisory** throughout the entire sales process, both in-person (in-store) and online. * **Acquire new customers** and follow up on leads generated through social media and CRM (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook). * Adhere to the daily **sales and prospecting model** (calls, appointments, and in-store service). * Conduct **sales negotiations and closings** within established margins. * Prepare and send **sales documentation** (reservation forms, quotations, receipts). * Maintain **store cleanliness and organization**. * Perform the **daily cash register closing** and prepare **daily sales reports**. * Demonstrate **verbal fluency, confidence, and goal orientation** in all duties. * Promote **teamwork** to achieve objectives. * Carry out **other tasks assigned by the area supervisor**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong communication skills and self-confidence. * Willingness to learn and undergo training. * Patience, open-mindedness, and empathy toward customers. * Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail. * Commitment, responsibility, and results-driven attitude. * Teamwork skills and proactive mindset. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary \+ sales commissions. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Lunch break: 1 hour, within scheduled working hours. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,130\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
