Job Objective** Provide personalized service by advising customers on the purchase of nutritional supplements, promoting effective product sales, and meeting the service standards and commercial targets established by LAB Nutrition. **II. Specific Responsibilities** * Provide customer service at the point of sale, offering clear and reliable information about products. * Offer technical advice on nutritional supplements according to the customer's goals (muscle gain, weight loss, performance, etc.). * Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the sales management. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory at the point of sale. * Accurately record sales in the cash register system. * Participate in promotional activities, tastings, or brand-driven campaigns. * Report incidents or customer feedback to the immediate supervisor. * Assist in receiving goods and inventory control. * Comply with customer service protocols and the LAB Nutrition brand image. * Promote a healthy, motivating, and results-oriented environment within the point of sale. **III. Job Profile** Education: * Completed secondary education or technical/partial studies in fields related to nutrition, sales, marketing, or sports (desirable). Experience: * Minimum of 3 months of experience in sales at retail stores in the nutritional, sports, or related sectors. Desired knowledge: * Sports supplementation, sales techniques, customer service. * Proficiency with POS systems and cash register software.
