The objective of the position is to carry out finishing tasks with precision and commitment, guaranteeing quality, presentation, and compliance with established standards in each process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise attendance of personnel under your charge, report to HR and supervisor. * Carry out and participate in the store cleaning schedule. * Responsible for opening and closing the store. * Provide direct customer service and advice. * Supervise product collections. * Monitor issuance of receipts and/or invoices and sales recording in the system. * Control and cross-check POS reports with the system. * Daily sales reporting. * Verify daily sales against in-store stock. * Generate requests for potential stock shortages to central warehouse, previously coordinated with supervisor. * Tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Ongoing or incomplete studies in administration, marketing, industrial engineering, systems, accounting or related fields; or technical training. * **Experience:** 6 months in similar positions. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Comprehensive store management (sales, inventory, customer service, logistics). * Desired experience with ERP or warehouse management software. * Courses in logistics and operations, purchasing and storage. **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion from the first day **(General Regime).** * Benefits according to law. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing company. * Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Apply now and become part of a company committed to quality and continuous improvement!
