




We are looking for a Technical Service Supervisor to join our team. What will you do? Supervise and support our workshops in the provinces and Lima to ensure they meet Bajaj's required standards. Identify potential local workshop candidates in each city visited to become future authorized workshops. Audit authorized workshops and coordinate their improvements. Visit and train distributors, spare parts stores, chain stores, local workshops, and update their information. Visit company-owned plants to conduct audits and resolve technical issues such as motorcycle assembly and disassembly. Solve technical problems and clarify any incorrect information held by customers (workshops, chains, end customers). Identify compatible alternatives to provide the spare parts department with options in case of part stock shortages. Requirements **What we are looking for in you:** Completed technical studies in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. Completed or ongoing university studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering (desirable). 1 to 2 years of experience in motorcycle technician roles, including motorcycle maintenance and repair. Experience in customer service and training. Availability to travel. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (desirable). Class A-I driver's license (car) and Class B-IIIC driver's license (motorcycle) (desirable). Technical knowledge of Bajaj two- and three-wheeled vehicles (desirable) Benefits Why choose us?
