**BILLING ANALYST** A company specialized in Fire Protection Systems, Fire\&Gas, Gas Laboratory, Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control, Engineering and Projects, and Safety is seeking a **BILLING ANALYST** for Surco. **Requirements**: Ø Graduated technical or university students /bachelor's degree in administration or accounting. (certifiable) Ø Minimum 2 to 3 years of verifiable work experience in billing. (certifiable) Ø Knowledge of Oracle, Ariba, or similar platforms. Ø Proficiency in Excel (intermediate\-advanced), Power BI (intermediate\-advanced) Ø Accounting knowledge. Ø Ability to learn and work under pressure. Ø Availability to work in Surco (reference Universidad Ricardo Palma) from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 11am. **Responsibilities**: Ø Organize, update, and maintain proper control of the company's customer invoicing. Ø Receive and process customer orders. Ø Issue corresponding sales documents (Invoice, Receipt, Delivery Guide, etc.) Ø Manage customer collections. Ø Track shipment of sales. Ø Handle registration of invoices on customer platforms or emails. Ø Invoice purchase orders. Ø Monitor and follow up on credit invoices for payment. Ø Properly organize the Billing Department's documentation. Ø Update customer data in the database. Ø Manage customer credit evaluations. Ø Coordinate with the sales department regarding order and quotation invoicing. Ø Register the company as a supplier with new customers. Ø Submit weekly invoicing reports. Ø Submit weekly income forecasting reports. Ø Conduct collections for invoices. Ø Follow and implement safety regulations. Ø Comply with Internal Work Regulations. Ø Prepare descriptive supporting materials such as indexes, manuals, records, and guides. Ø Participate in assigned work teams and perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
