We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role, such as accounting assistant or accounting aide. Residence in areas adjacent to the district of San Miguel. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar roles, especially in accounting records and import operations. **Skills:** Proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Operation of billing software, issuance of payment receipts based on customer purchase orders, verification of customer payment vouchers, access to bank accounts to verify incoming payments prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of payment method inflows and monthly summaries. Issuance of shipping guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaboration with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, where your contribution includes providing import revenue data, as well as transferring information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
