We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum one year of experience in accounting positions, such as accounting assistant or assistant. Residence in areas adjacent to the district of San Miguel. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar roles, especially in accounting records and imports. **Competencies:** proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Operation of billing software, issuance of payment vouchers based on customer purchase orders, verification of customer payment vouchers, access to bank accounts to review incoming payments prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Shipping Guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaborate with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, contributing import revenue data and transferring relevant information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
