Job Summary: We are seeking a Floor Manager to supervise operations, guide employees, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Slot machine operations supervision and assurance 2. Employee guidance and policy compliance 3. Ensuring satisfaction of internal and external customers REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager. 2. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3. Technical and/or university degree in Administration or related field. 4. Availability to work rotating shifts. COMPETENCIES: 1.
