We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in civil projects, costs, budgeting, and other related areas. The candidate must reside in districts adjacent to the ATE district, near the municipality. **Functions:** * Preparation and monitoring of valuations and/or payment statements (EDP) for public or private entities. * Monitor and control project execution. * Design procedures and standards that improve service delivery. * Resource planning and management. * Provide reliable and timely information to management for decision-making. * Conduct client visits to assess projects for quotation and gather references for manufacturing requirements. * Document management with contractors and internal project clients. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Civil Engineering program. * Knowledge in project management, cost estimation, budgeting, construction scheduling using S10 and Ms Project, preparation of technical files, valuations, and related tasks. * Proficient in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of quantity surveying and determination of work items for structural, architectural, sanitary, and electrical installations disciplines. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
