We are responsible for Recruiting Talent, Training and Developing professionals within the industry, advising our clients on our best practices (earned through the companies in our Holding: Premier and KCG), as well as hiring and Managing contracted personnel under Peruvian labor laws. **Responsibilities:** \- Posting job openings on employment websites and social media. Screening and reviewing resumes according to required profiles. \- Contacting candidates to schedule interviews. Assisting in conducting phone, virtual, or in-person interviews. \- Following up with candidates. \- Coordinating and directly reporting to area leaders on the progress of recruitment processes. \- Managing the end-to-end selection process for new hires. \- Assisting with any other tasks or activities assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources (Essential) \- Knowledge and preferably prior experience in recruitment and selection processes \- Proficiency with selection tools (recruitment sources, resume screening, interviews, etc.) \- Advanced level of English (Essential) \- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. \- Availability to work in-person at our office located in front of CC El Trigal Surco. **Job Details:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 100% in-person * **Work Location:** Surco (CC El Trigal).
