On behalf of our client, an important leading company in its industry, we are looking for the best talent to fill the following position: Automotive Parts Sales Advisor - Surquillo **Requirements** * Technical degree in Administration, Automotive Mechanics, Logistics, or related fields * 2 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector * Valid driver's license (desirable) * Basic knowledge of Office software, SAP **Responsibilities** * Advise and/or assist customers in the sale of spare parts and vehicle packages for Toyota and Hino vehicles, ensuring customer portfolio growth and achieving billing and margin targets. * Follow up with the customer portfolio in the assigned area and schedule periodic visits to workshop clients to understand their needs and provide quotations. * Provide quotations and persuade registered customers to ensure billing and achievement of assigned sales quotas and established productivity indicators. * Record and report lost sales from the Field Sales channel to develop action plans and identify market opportunities to correct issues and boost sales across different channels. * Report and monitor minimum spare parts inventory levels according to market demand together with the warehouse assistant whenever stock shortages are detected in the SAPANA system, implementing an action plan that ensures timely restocking. * Coordinate with the warehouse department for the timely delivery of merchandising materials assigned by TDP for each campaign conducted. * Coordinate with the analyst and spare parts supervisor to resolve any issues regarding price lists or discounts applicable to Toyota campaigns, ensuring proper implementation and communication of commercial terms. **Benefits** * Formal employment contract * Corporate discounts * 100% covered EPS * One free day on birthday Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
