JOIN OUR TEAM **Company dedicated to the marketing of steel, iron and metals**, is looking for a **Sales Manager**, with experience in the hardware or industrial sector, to lead the sales team and actively contribute to the growth of the organization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and execute strategic sales plans. * Coordinate, manage and directly negotiate with current and potential clients. * Prepare and analyze sales performance indicators. * Propose and implement improvements that contribute to increasing sales. * Strengthen and maintain strong business relationships with clients. * Expand the client portfolio through corporate and field sales. * Handle complaints and provide timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. **ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in **Business Administration**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Marketing** or related fields. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum **2 years of experience in similar positions**, leading sales teams in the steel, iron or industrial hardware sector. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work in southern areas of Lima: **Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo and Lurín**. * Work mode: **office, field, and direct service to corporate clients**. * Schedule: **Monday to Saturday**. * Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development opportunities.
