What would be your responsibilities? * Manage collective labor relations with existing trade union organizations, seeking an appropriate working relationship. * Handle individual and collective labor conflicts raised directly or through labor administrative authorities, reducing or eliminating potential contingencies and preventing work stoppages. * Manage collective bargaining with trade union organizations to achieve timely agreements according to company-approved terms. * Verify and manage compliance with legal labor and social obligations, aiming to reduce or eliminate existing non-compliances. * Manage the application of disciplinary measures to workers who commit labor infractions, ensuring compliance with legislation, procedures, and labor obligations. * Manage and monitor judicial labor processes initiated by the company and/or filed against it.
