The mission of this position is to keep the corporate building fully operational, always ensuring compliance with contractual objectives with the client. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Technical qualification in specialties such as Electricity, Mechanics and/or related fields * Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and supervision of service-providing companies * One year of work experience in maintenance within corporate buildings, offices, shopping centers, or similar environments * Availability to work on-site in Santiago de Surco, Miraflores, San Isidro, and/or Magdalena del Mar from Monday to Friday, 8am \- 5pm, and Saturdays from 8am \- 1pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the proper execution of maintenance schedules for the assigned building or account according to organizational guidelines. * Ensure the correct operation of assigned equipment and systems (air conditioning, elevators, fire alarm systems, water pumping systems, generator sets, etc.) * Perform minor tasks such as replacing light fixtures and/or outlets, plumbing, carpentry, and/or locksmith work. * Daily inspection of critical equipment of the assigned building or account according to the organization's checklist. * Inspect electromechanical installations, electrical conditions, and infrastructure (tanks, stairs, reservoirs, etc.) * Prepare and submit periodic reports of completed activities to immediate supervisor and promptly report incidents affecting equipment or systems. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations and procedures. * Other duties as assigned.
