Manage and supervise area operational processes and procedures, ensuring their proper implementation. Solve problems with internal and external customers to maintain satisfaction and efficiency. Promote a positive work environment and effectively manage the team. Prepare management reports to support operational excellence. Supervise the appropriate use of resources and compliance with daily GEX and CMR quotas. Comply with service routines and protocols applicable to the role within the framework of the Tottus Kindness Service Model. **Requirements:** **Technical or university studies:** Administration, Accounting, related fields. Administrative technical knowledge, marketing, customer service, and complaint handling and resolution. **Intermediate-level computer skills in Office:** Reports and documentation. Experience with cash register systems, SAC, treasury, procedures, and value administration. **Previous experience:** Minimum of 1 year in cash registers, ATC, or SAC. **Schedule:** 100% on-site, subject to coordination with direct supervisor. **Offer Conditions:
