Key Responsibilities: * Manage the supply chain, ensuring timely receipt of materials and maintaining optimal inventory levels while accounting for seasonal demand fluctuations. * Oversee distribution and logistics planning—including transportation route design—considering market-specific geography and infrastructure requirements. * Manage inventory storage and rotation, as well as fleet management, verifying vehicle availability to ensure efficient distribution through service providers. * Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses related to transportation, warehousing, and product handling. * Ensure logistics operations remain within approved financial budget limits. * Lead training initiatives for logistics teams and coordinate internally with Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Production teams to align logistics activities with commercial and manufacturing objectives. * Conduct continuous improvement analyses by tracking and implementing logistics KPIs, monitoring key indicators such as distribution effectiveness, distribution cost, service level, and ERI (Inventory Turnover Ratio). * Mitigate potential supply chain disruptions caused by social conflicts, transportation issues, or natural disasters through contingency planning to ensure uninterrupted supply. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics or FMCG Distribution Manager.
