REQUIREMENTS: \- University degree in Accounting. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience. \- Expertise in payroll processing for more than 500 employees \- Preparation of payroll, settlements, employee hires and terminations, and beneficiary records \- Administration and calculation of payroll and settlement reports for social benefits. Generate provisions and information for the annual budget: CTS, vacations, overtime hours. • Address various employee labor inquiries, deliver employee pay slips. Proficient in banking platforms such as Telecrédito, \- Advanced level in Excel. \- Proficient in the CONCAR system. \- Availability to work in La Victoria – Santa Catalina from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Document management related to financial statements Recording of Purchase Invoices, Sales Invoices, and Honorarium Receipts in the CONCAR system Preparation of financial statements. Submission of Electronic Books \- PLE \- SUNAT "Purchases and Sales" Monthly tax declarations "VAT and Income Tax Advance Payment \- IR" Monthly accounting provisions Bank reconciliations Control of customer payment withholdings Completion of forms requested by banks Handling partial tax audits Preparation of monthly budgetary tables Preparation of tax control flowcharts And other duties related to the area or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
