A construction materials trading and distribution company specializing in Cement, Steel, Bricks, and others is seeking and selecting a qualified candidate to fill the following position: **ACCOUNTING CREDIT ASSISTANT** **Must reside in Villa Maria del Triunfo (Work location: Nueva Esperanza).** REQUIREMENTS * Graduate, Technical or University degree in **Accounting** or related fields. * Experience in customer service and client portfolio management. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * SAP knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify and record incoming payments into the company's bank accounts resulting from collections made from our clients through authorized and controlled payment methods. * Evaluate and approve credit applications according to parameters established by current policies. * Issue promissory notes in compliance with the Law on Securities and Values. * Analyze client portfolios and generate reports with indicators to support management decision-making. * Evaluate and process credit notes related to commercial discounts and bonuses. * Recover uncollectible accounts. * Perform monthly closure of accounts receivable and submit information to the accounting department. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
