We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator to join our family! You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our property portfolio, including: * Rentals: Control and monitoring of rental contracts and their renewals. * Collections: Efficient management of payments and debt follow-up. * Services: Coordination and supervision of property maintenance and services, including repairs. * Taxes: Management and compliance with tax obligations related to properties. * Request Handling: Promptly address inquiries and requests from tenants and property owners.
