Apply now for the position: **CALL CENTER SPARE PARTS ADVISOR \- SURQUILLO** Responsibilities: * Sell original spare parts and accessories. * Prepare spare parts quotations for end customers. * Analyze the content of received leads and assign filtered leads to Sales Advisors. * Register quotation requests via phone calls, emails, landing pages, social media, digital platforms, among others. * Answer incoming calls at the contact center regarding the sale of original spare parts and accessories. * Check voicemail messages and return calls. * Perform other tasks or functions assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Student or graduate in Automotive Mechanics, Logistics or related fields. * Knowledge of mechanics. * Minimum of 01 year of experience in spare parts and customer service. * Availability to work Monday to Saturday in Surquillo (hybrid remote work).
