The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties: **Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop a sales force, standardizing a culture of high-quality customer service and attention that projects the company's and brand's image while promoting a healthy competitive spirit focused on achieving established goals with high levels of customer satisfaction. 2\. Coordinate continuously with the company's support and after-sales departments to ensure efficiency throughout the sales cycle; manage and continuously evaluate performance indicators (KPIs) using available information systems to consolidate, analyze, and assess internal events and those of competitors, thereby guiding strategic decisions. Additionally, engage with financial institutions and related organizations to maintain active market presence. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the automotive sector, target markets, and various approaches to market engagement. 3\. Prospect and identify business opportunities for vehicle leasing. 4\. Manage and structure value propositions for clients, shifting the client/supplier relationship toward a strategic partnership model. 5\. Send technical proposals and commercial presentations to clients. 6\. Close sales, report daily activities and results. 7\. Daily follow-up and monitoring of sales. 8\. Provide advisory services regarding the characteristics, features, and advantages of the services offered. 9\. Prospect and acquire new clients for vehicle sales through leasing across all sectors. 10\. Responsible for evaluating and analyzing all information prior to participating in vehicle leasing service tenders. 11\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Education: University studies completed or in progress. Salary: Negotiable.
