Cleaning Operator – Deli Bakery (San Isidro) **Location:** San Isidro, Lima **Modality:** On-site **Schedule:** Rotating **Position Mission** Maintain all areas of the establishment clean and orderly, ensuring health, comfort, and well-being for staff and customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Request necessary cleaning materials from the administrator. * Use cleaning products rationally and report supply replenishment needs promptly. * Keep the storefront clean, including partitions and exterior surfaces. * Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors, walls, tables, and chairs. * Clean display cases and report glass damages. * Keep restrooms clean and adequately supplied. * Verify proper functioning of sanitary fixtures and report malfunctions. * Monitor stock levels of liquid soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Requirements * Education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a cleaning operator (preferably in restaurants or commercial establishments). * Health certificate: Valid, including food handling authorization (issued by district authority or Municipality of Lima). * Availability to work rotating shifts.
