Uses legal knowledge, negotiation skills, and analytical ability to achieve successful payment agreements, minimizing credit risk and strengthening the company's recovery flow. Work is focused exclusively on extrajudicial management, without referral to judicial proceedings. **Position Objective:** Execute effective extrajudicial strategies to achieve voluntary compliance with obligations by debtors, prioritizing direct debt recovery and avoiding judicial processes. The attorney is expected to act with initiative, persuasion, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze debt files and assess extrajudicial recovery alternatives. 2. Contact debtors directly, primarily through scheduled visits supported by phone calls and emails. 3. Develop and negotiate realistic payment proposals, extrajudicial agreements, and commitment agreements. 4. Draft legal documents such as notary letters, commitment agreements, and payment agreements. 5. Participate in conciliations and in-person meetings, legally representing creditor interests. 6. Keep the management system updated with progress, agreements, and follow-up for each case. 7. Issue periodic reports with recovery indicators, effectiveness, and compliance. 8. Manage assigned client portfolios, prioritizing recovery and closure of commitments. 9.
