





Our client, a global leader in pumping solutions for large-scale mining, is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Commercial Manager. Main responsibilities: Develop business opportunities in large-scale mining, Build strategic relationships with key clients, Lead the commercial team and ensure goal achievement, Negotiate contracts to ensure profitability, Analyze market trends and propose commercial strategies. **Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima (100% in-person) Functions * Identify and develop commercial opportunities in mining * Manage mining sector client portfolio * Negotiate contracts and lead commercial processes * Lead and motivate the commercial team * Prepare commercial reports and forecasts Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * +5 years of experience in corporate sales roles * Mandatory experience in sales to **large-scale mining** * Desired experience selling **industrial pumps/equipment** * Active client portfolio * Class A1 driver's license Benefits * Salary: **S/ 12,000 – 15,000 + commissions** * Full payroll – General Regime * Corporate benefits Working hours Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site position
