Your mission will be to enhance the performance of the advisory team, optimizing the patient experience from the first contact. **Position Description:** We are looking for a **Call Center Coordinator** responsible for leading and supporting a team of **telephone customer service and sales advisors**, ensuring the achievement of patient scheduling, follow-up, and attendance goals.
