Discover our vacancy for MOBILE AND HOME RETENTION COORDINATOR **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage the achievement of departmental indicators: retention targets and effectiveness. * Monitor operations using the tools defined by Entel. * Coordinate all necessary activities with Entel Operations, the Center, and Entel GPP department to ensure proper execution of the plan. * Provide necessary resources for compliance with the crime prevention model and facilitate required information for identifying MPD risks within their respective area. **Requirements:** Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business processes within Remote and Digital Channels. Experience in resolving technical or commercial issues. Proficiency in customer management platforms.
