What will you do? \- Provide warm customer service in-store, for deliveries, and via apps. \- Handle cash transactions, cash register reconciliation, and POS operations. \- Restock and display our products in showcases. \- Prepare coffees and cold beverages. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and good practices in the store. What we are looking for: \- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (restaurants, cafes, or bakeries). \- Positive attitude, proactivity, honesty, and commitment. \- Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you have previously been a store manager or supervisor, we will value this experience for leadership positions within Patty.)
