Requirements of the position: Execute the necessary actions and methods to introduce new products to the market or modify the use of existing ones in order to increase sales, giving priority and emphasis to the development of biological products. Provide support in researching and studying the needs/issues of national agriculture in order to propose solutions and growth opportunities. Academic background: Professional degree in agronomic engineering, agroindustrial engineering, biology, or related fields. Skills and knowledge: * Knowledge of local and international regulations related to labeling and use of agricultural products. * Design, implementation, and analysis of field trials (internal and outsourced). * Statistical tools for technical results analysis. * Preparation of schedules, budgets, and methodologies for product development. * Preparation and delivery of technical presentations. * Skills to lead training sessions for commercial teams and other key teams. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in agricultural, agrochemical, and biological product development. Proven experience in managing field trials and technical validations. Demonstrated technical capability in research, development, and innovation.
