Requirements: Plan, coordinate, and execute technical strategies, market analysis, and field trials to validate and optimize the product portfolio, generating reliable data that drives improvements, strengthens technical training of teams, and facilitates the transfer of results to the market, contributing to sustainable business growth and meeting farmers' needs. * Design and manage development plans and budgets in collaboration with the commercial team, focused on strategic crops. * Supervise and analyze results from internal and outsourced field trials, ensuring data quality and applicability. * Generate market analysis reports including pricing, competition, dosage, and any factors supporting accurate analysis. * Coordinate product samples from request to control and follow-up. * Plan and execute field activities demonstrating product effectiveness, including technical events with farmers. Academic Background: Professional degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. Desirable: Specialization or Master’s degree in product development, innovation management, or areas related to agricultural inputs sector. * English level B1 Skills and Knowledge: Agro-industrial Sector: * In-depth understanding of farmers’ needs and key crops in target markets. * Knowledge of local and international regulations regarding labeling and use of agricultural products. Development Techniques: * Design, implementation, and analysis of field trials (internal and outsourced). * Statistical tools for technical results analysis. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of agricultural, agrochemical, and biological products. Proven experience managing field trials and technical validations. Experience training sales teams and delivering technical presentations at specialized events.
