





**Job Objective:** Comprehensively lead, plan, and execute the company's digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring profitability and effectiveness. Responsible for segmentation, investment, measurement, and optimization of results, driving brand positioning and growth within the technological and aerospace sector (drones, robotics, and emerging technologies). **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS** * Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads**. * Define targeting, remarketing, and conversion strategies based on business objectives. * Manage advertising budgets and ensure KPIs are met (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS). * Supervise the creation of visual assets and ad copy in coordination with the creative team. * Propose and execute **performance marketing** strategies focused on measurable outcomes. **2\. DATA ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION** * Monitor campaign performance in real time using **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and HubSpot**. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with improvement recommendations. * Develop performance dashboards and conversion reports for senior management. * Continuously evaluate new trends, tools, and digital advertising formats. **3\.
