Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the **MECHANICAL BUDGET SPECIALIST** position within the company’s Commercial Department, so you can become part of our team. What do we expect from you? You must: * Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Be proactive, communicative, and committed. * Be goal-oriented. You must have solid knowledge of: * Mechanical standards: ASME, ASTM, API. * Cost and budget management. * Reading isometric drawings, P&IDs, mechanical layouts, and mechanical BOQs. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, nested formulas, costing). * AutoCAD (for quantity take-offs). * ERPs or commercial tools (SAP, Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot) — desirable. * Microsoft Project — desirable. You must have: * A minimum of two years’ experience preparing technical-economic proposals for mechanical projects, managing tender processes, and reading engineering drawings. * Clear communication skills for drafting proposals. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. * Enthusiasm to join our team. What will be your mission? To research, establish, and build new commercial relationships with potential clients by attending conferences and trade fairs, identifying target markets and customers, building strategic client relationships, and delivering efficient, cost-effective automation and control solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and modify multidisciplinary proposals. · Attend virtual or in-person meetings with clients to prepare proposals. · Update the database regarding proposal status, clients, prospecting, marketing, etc., to ensure institutional dashboard indicators remain current. · Attend internal Key Account Manager (KAM) meetings with other company departments. · Attend commercial clarification meetings with relevant departments during project execution. · Review emails, respond to phone calls, attend internal meetings, and submit reports to superiors. · Participate in interdepartmental internal meetings for managerial (e.g., workflow) or institutional purposes (e.g., safety, HR, Safety Committee, etc.). · Plan goals and report weekly working hours. · Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
