We are a construction and real estate company, currently seeking an experienced **GRAPHIC DESIGNER** in the real estate sector to join our team and enhance the visual identity and communication of our projects. **Responsibilities**: * Create, design, and edit graphic and advertising materials for digital and physical media (social media, brochures, banners, flyers, panels, sales office materials, etc.). * Perform high-quality photo editing and retouching (renders, floor plans, property photographs). * Adapt renders/floor plans into commercial materials (technical sheets, commercial layouts, brochures). * Design and edit audiovisual content (reels, short videos, animations, etc.) for social media, WhatsApp Business, and presentations. * Develop branding and brand guidelines for real estate projects. * Monitor design trends and innovative formats on digital platforms. * Provide graphic support to Marketing, Sales, and other internal departments. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements**: * EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. Portfolio in the real estate sector required (mandatory). * EDUCATION: Graduate with a technical or university degree in Graphic Design or related fields. * Expert-level Photoshop skills (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and InDesign. * After Effects/Premiere (desirable) for short-format content. * Basic WordPress skills (content upload/editing).
