Previous experience in customer service is desirable. **LOCATIONS:** Lince, Jesús María, San Borja, and Magdalena del Mar **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Attendance control: Register the attendance of each client entering the facility. * Commercial referral: Immediately refer clients with expired memberships to the sales advisor. * Management of group classes and cycling: \* Verify and confirm locations for group and cycling classes. \* Coordinate with respective supervisors any issues regarding class capacity. \* Generate and post the list of clients for functional classes every hour. * New customer service: \* Receive new clients and accompany them with the trainer to establish their beginner workout routine. \* Send the client's beginner routine via WhatsApp clearly and promptly. * Petty cash: \* Perform daily control and reconciliation of petty cash from beverage sales and daily classes paid in cash. * Customer service: \* Provide courteous, proactive, and efficient service to all customers and visitors. \* Resolve common inquiries or appropriately refer cases beyond your scope. **JOB OBJECTIVES** * Ensure 100% of client entries are accurately recorded. * Timely refer clients with expired memberships to the sales department. * Ensure effective organization and communication regarding schedules, participant lists, and class capacities for group and cycling classes. * Reduce waiting times and improve service flow within the facility. * Ensure all new clients receive their beginner routine quickly and clearly. **SCHEDULE:** **Part Time \- Afternoon Shift** * Monday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Saturday and holidays: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Day off: Sunday **Full Time \- Morning Shift** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Day off: Saturday or Sunday (rotating) Send your CV to 951 136 709 We're excited to meet you!
