We are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Infrastructure and Projects Coordinator.** **Requirements:** * Completed university studies in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in project management. * 3 years of experience leading infrastructure projects. * Knowledge in Project Management, Legal Affairs, and/or Finance. * Intermediate level in Excel and Power BI (Essential). * Proficiency in AutoCAD (Desirable). **Responsibilities:** Ensure the efficient and timely execution of strategic investment projects through technical, contractual, and financial monitoring and validation of initiatives, integrating management control tools, knowledge of procurement processes, and coordination with suppliers, in order to guarantee the achievement of cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives. * Monitor investment performance using control tools and KPIs to ensure compliance with technical, financial objectives, and project timelines. * Control the fulfillment of milestones, deliverables, and contractual deadlines to ensure timely and compliant delivery. * Manage valuations and certifications of work progress to ensure proper use of resources and formal recognition of progress. * Coordinate procurement processes and project-related tenders to ensure efficient contracting aligned with strategic objectives. * Manage suppliers and ensure service quality delivery to guarantee technical standards, schedules, and agreed conditions.
