Join us as an **EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTOR - YELLOW LINE** at our Lurín location **REQUIREMENTS:** - Technical degree in Heavy Machinery Maintenance. - More than 3 years of experience as an instructor (CERTIFICATES required). - Hold a valid A2B driver's license. - Availability to work in Lurín and travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Develop and update instructional materials according to the assigned machine model. - Deliver training courses, including refresher and familiarization sessions at client sites, according to schedule. - Evaluate and select operators. - Conduct technical handover of equipment, both in person and virtually (when required). - Use digital tools and virtual learning methodologies during the training process for different equipment families. - Comply with entry requirements for various client operations in order to carry out on-site training. - Prepare and record reports of completed training courses. - Update technical and operational competencies based on changes in the capability map, through provided training and self-training. - Comply with legal and other voluntary SOMA-related requirements applicable to your activities, as well as internal company standards, procedures, and guidelines. - Assume other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor to maintain area efficiency.
